Conditions of acceptance

Lester & Hamilton limited trading and hereinafter referred to as Pandora

Goods are accepted for sale or return on the following conditions:

1) That the ownership of the goods shall remain with the customer who has supplied same until appropriated to the purchaser at the moment of sale by Pandora.

2) That Pandora’s insurance provides cover for the figure shown on the customer’s garment receipt, whilst the goods are held on our premises.

3) That Pandora have authority to sell on the customer’s behalf on the understanding that the customer receives out of the proceeds the figure shown on their garment receipt, or such a lesser figure as may be agreed upon by the customer and Pandora, the balance of the proceeds shall accrue to Pandora as commission.

4) The customer shall have the right to ask for their goods to be returned at any time prior to the sale thereof by Pandora.

5) If, after a reasonable period of time, Pandora, in its absolute discretion, considers that the goods are unsaleable by them and give notice thereof to the customer, then the customer must henceforth collect the goods left for sale.

6) As per the terms & conditions on the front/back, if the customer fails to collect their items within a month after the stated date, then Pandora reserves the right to dispose of the goods in any manner that they deem appropriate, thereafter the customer shall have no claim against Pandora in respect of their goods.

7) Customer warrants that trademarked goods originate from the trademark owners.

8) Customers are advised to give 48 hours’ notice when wishing to collect cash or returns.
