LESTER AND HAMILTON LIMITED TRADING AND HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS PANDORA

Goods are accepted for sale or return on the following conditions:

• That the ownership of the goods shall remain with the customer who has supplied same until appropriated to the purchaser at the moment of sale by Pandora.

• That Pandora has the authority to sell on the customer’s behalf, on the understanding that the customer receives out of the proceeds the figure shown on the Garment receipt or such a lesser figure as may be agreed upon by the customer and Pandora, the balance of the proceeds shall accrue to Pandora as commission & VAT.

• Pandora will not accept any liability for loss or damage to customers’ goods in any circumstances whatever and customers are advised to insure their own goods.

• The customer shall have the right to ask for the goods to be returned at any time prior to the sale thereof by Pandora.

• If after a reasonable period of time, Pandora in its absolute discretion, considers that the goods are unsaleable by them and give notice thereof to the customer then the customer must henceforth collect the goods left for sale.

• As per the terms & conditions on the front/back of the physical receipt, if the customer fails to collect their items within a month after the stated date, Pandora reserves the right to dispose of the goods in any manner deemed appropriate. Thereafter the customer shall have no claim against Pandora in respect of their goods.

• The customer warrants that any Trade Marked goods originate from the Trade Mark owners.

• Customers are advised to give at least 48 hours notice when collecting cash or returns.
